You are my Endless Memory: episode 20 ""Senpai! I think I like him!"

Misa responded and chuckled. Jumi decided to ask....

"Misa! Do.... you.... like... Joon????"

Misa was surprised as Jumi asked her like that. She exclaimed....

"Senpai!"

Jumi replied with a smile....

"Ah... I'm sorry for asking. It's ok if you don't wanna tell me. Alright! Let's go!"

Jumi took a step ahead but Misa stood still and spoke up...

"Since Joon senpai rescued me, I acknowledged his kindness. I've had a special feeling for him. Ah... No! It's not like that. Senpai! I think I like him!"

Without looking back at Misa, she had been listening to Misa's words with a complicated feeling. She felt like her heart stop beating for a second. She turned around and smiled kindly to Misa....

"That's great, Misa! Joon is such a nice guy!"

Misa was very glad seeing Jumi was happy with the fact that she likes Joon. She was relieved. She ran toward Jumi and held her arm tightly....

"But no matter what, I like Jumi senpai more than anyone else in this world."

Jumi looked at Misa's happy face and couldn't help smiling, even though she was being hurt inside......

"Mum! I'm home!"

"Welcome back Jumi!"

Jumi went upstair and walked directly toward her room. She put a shopping bag on her bed. She sat down and brought out a pair of white gloves, which she had seen at the store, from the shopping bag. She looked at them and sighed. Jumi put them on her bed and lied down........

A day of December, the town was covered in snow. Jumi was walking alone when someone walked toward her and said....

"Good morning, Jumi!"

"Joon? Mor... mor... morning!"

"It's so cold today. Why you're not wearing a scarf? You might catch a cold."

"Um... Ah! I for.. forgot about it. Well... I'm in a hurry. See you later."

Jumi responded and walked quickly out of there which leaded Joon to wondering......

In the library on the same day, Jumi was holding a big bunch of books. Someone came to her and said...

"This sure looks heavy. Let me help you."

Jumi looked at him and realized that was Joon.

"That's ok! I can do it on my own."

She replied and walked away from him..............

Jumi had been trying to avoid Joon until he realized she had been avoiding him on purpose. Break time after lunch, in Jumi's classroom, she was writing something. Joon was sitting next to her and staring at her silently. Immediately, Jumi dropped her eraser on the floor. She bended down in order to pick it up. Accidentally, her head was hit strongly with Joon's as he was bending down to pick it up for her as well.

"Ouch!"

"I'm so sorry, Jumi! Are you ok?"

"I'm... I'm fine!"

She turned back with her hand covering her forehead. Suddenly, Kei walked into Jumi's class and smiled at her. He looked at Joon expressionlessly out of the corner of his eye. Her face turned into surprising as he saw Jumi's forehead had turned red...

"Jumi! What's wrong with your forehead? Are you ok?"

"Ahhh... I wasn't careful. I'm ok."

"Ohhh... I see. By the way, Jumi! I'm coming to ask if you're free on Christmas's eve?"

"Hmmm... I guess I am."

"Great! Would you like to go to the festival at the town with me?"

"Huh??"

Jumi exclaimed. Kei responded with a sad face...

"You don't want to go with me, do you?"

"Ahhh... It's not like that. Um... that..."

Jumi was kind of hesitant. She casted a glance at Joon, who was looking at them, for a moment and responded......

"I'd go with you."

Kei was absolutely delighted....

"Really? So let's meet on 24th, ok?"

"Ok!"

Kei smiled happily and left. As Kei had already left, Jumi turned slowly to Joon's desk slowly and realized he had been looking out of the window. She turned back and sighed....

Jumi had been avoiding Joon until the class ended. She packed her stuffs and walked out of the classroom. Joon followed her and slightly grabbed her hand.....

"Jumi! You've been trying to avoid me for the whole time, haven't you? Is there anything wrong? Did I do anything to bother you?"

Jumi turned around and suddenly saw Misa, who was walking toward them. She responded....

"Joon! You've got the wrong idea. Nothing's wrong and you haven't done anything to bother me at all. I haven't been avoiding you. I... I... just wanna be alone."

She took her hand out of Joon's...........

"I'm going home now. Goodbye Joon! Have a nice day."

She said and walked away. Joon had been looking at her back until she disappeared from his sight. He couldn't think of any reasons why she's avoiding him....

"Joon senpai!"

Someone called him. He turned around and exclaimed...

"Misa!! What are you doing here? Are you looking for Jumi? She already.........."

Misa quickly interrupted....

"No No... I'm not looking for Jumi senpai. Um... I'm... I'm looking for you."

Joon exclaimed once again...

"Me???"

Misa shyly responded....

"Ye... Yeah... I want to ask if you can go to the town with me on Christmas's eve?"

Misa asked Joon without even looking straight at him...

"The town???"....................

A night Misa came to sleep over at Jumi's house, she was welcomed warmly by Jumi's mother. After dinner, they went upstair, into Jumi's room.

"Jumi senpai! Your room is so cute. Everything is pink."

Jumi responded with a smile...

"Really? Thank you!"

Misa quickly saw a pair of white gloves on Jumi's bed....

"Wahh... These are so lovely. Senpai! Did you buy them for someone?"

Jumi turned around and responded in stammering voice...

"Ah? That... um... It's not for anyone. I just found them cute. So I bought them."

"Ahhh... I see. I thought they are for someone special."

Without responding, Jumi just smiled.

"Senpai! Tomorrow is Christmas's eve. Who are you going to enjoy it with?"

Misa asked Jumi and smiled. Jumi looked at her and replied...

"Hmmm... I'm going to be with Kei. How about you? Have you asked Joon yet?"

Misa shyly responded...

"Ahh.. ah... yeah! And he agreed to go with me."

Jumi smiled kindly.....

"Really? That's nice."

Misa was very glad seeing Jumi being happy with her......

"Jumi! Come downstair for a moment."

Jumi's mother called her.....

"Yeah! Mum! I'm coming. Misa! You stay here. I'll be right back."

"Ok! Senpai."

As Jumi had left, Misa had a seat on Jumi's soft pinky bed. She looked around Jum's room and accidentally saw a book on the desk beside the bed. The loveliness of the book attracted her attention. She brought it up and opened it slowly. The first thing she saw was a photo of a boy and a girl sitting on the swings and smiling happily. She suddenly noticed that the girl exactly is Jumi. Because her beauty hasn't changed at all. She found the boy looks familiar but she just couldn't figure out who is him. She turned to another page and saw something which was written about memory. She opened one more page and saw pictures of a boy and a girl riding bike, making cake, watching sunset and sitting on swings, which had been drawn beautifully. She turned to another page slowly when Jumi walked into her room. Jumi was extremely shocked as she saw Misa was looking at her diary. She almost dropped the cookie and milk out of her hands...............................................................
